At Caurex, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns and exchanges process:
Easy Returns If you’re not completely satisfied with your Caurex item, you can return it within 48 hours of contacting our team and within 7 days of it being shipped to our warehouse. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Return Conditions Returns are accepted only if:
- The size is wrong.
- The item is damaged.
- The wrong item was sent.
In these cases, we will send the correct item back to you. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at caurex.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. Please use any reliable courier service. Make sure the item is in its original condition, with all tags attached.
Exchanges Want a different size or received the wrong item? We’ve got you covered. Follow the same steps as our return process, and let us know you’d like to exchange your item. We’ll process your exchange and send the correct item as soon as we receive the original item.
